Observation

A staff member reported that they did grab a child by the arm / wrist when the child was not listening when it was time to go back into the classroom after playing on the playground. Another staff member admitted to grabbing a child by the back of his sweatshirt (hood) when the child continued to run around the playground after the rest of the class went inside.
